Come join us as we strengthen our muscles, improve core stability and finish off with stretching and relaxation. Appropriate for all fitness levels. Be sure to bring a mat, runners and a water bottle with you when you come. We meet 10:00-11:15am.

Whatever the source, we invite you to join Caring for the Wounded Heart. This small group will explore how to care for the wounds of your heart and begin the journey towards healing through Christ.
